The short answer

Tamboer AI brings AI into your whole business: a plan, working workflows and a team that uses them. One process with AI costs €1,500 excluding VAT and takes ten working days. I review your work and build one process so it works on AI, tested on your own work, and the opportunity map shows where AI saves time in the rest of your business. Start the AI Operating System within 30 days and the amount is credited in full.

Built to the Bankproof method: five fixed controls on what AI may read, what it may do, who approves, when it stops and what it records. The workflow stops the moment something falls outside those rules. AI-first, with a human in the loop: first decide what the workflow may prepare, then who approves and remains owner of the outcome.

What is an AI workflow?

An AI workflow is a fixed route through work that comes back every week, in which a language model does the preparation: reading, pulling out data, checking it against the source and putting a draft ready. After that an employee reviews and decides. What separates an AI workflow from a chat window is that it starts at an agreed moment, uses fixed sources, has an owner, stops at an exception and keeps a log. First I determine which AI workflow suits your process and whether it pays off, before anything gets built.

Who this is for

For SME organisations that want to work AI-first and want a plan that holds up, instead of loose experiments with a chat window. You have recurring work that arrives digitally, one or more people who know that work, and the wish to have demonstrably won time back within a few months. You do not need to know anything about AI. That is my job.

This is the step after the free AI plan. The free AI plan (see what you get for free) looks at your whole business and shows where to start, with three examples and a demonstration. I review one agreed process, build it to work on AI and deliver an opportunity map for the rest of your business. I use the plan and the examples from the free AI plan, so we do not start over. Not sure which step suits you? See the three options.

Understand, build and use independently

Understand

A process map, baseline and opportunity map show where work gets stuck.

Build

Tool selection, workflow design and a working implementation tested on your examples.

Use independently

Prompts, documentation, team explanation and a plan for further opportunities.

View all eight deliverables
  1. Process map of your processes

    Per process at most eight steps, with owner, desired outcome, roles and systems. Repetitive, rule-based and discretionary steps are listed separately, as is the moment an employee decides.

  2. Baseline on your own numbers

    Frequency, active handling time, waiting time, errors and rework, exceptions and variation, each labelled as counted, estimated or unknown. This is the number from before.

  3. AI opportunity map

    Per process what AI prepares, what remains human work, which sources are permitted and which information stays confidential. The approval step is included.

  4. Tool selection

    First, what your package already does. For each process the work plan states whether Exact, AFAS, Copilot or Gemini already covers the step. If so, it says "switch this on" and there is no build proposal. Only then do I name exactly which AI programs, agents, workflows and prompts fit the work that remains. I have used and tested the tools; that practical knowledge is part of your work plan.

    Systems, handovers and integrations, with as little new tooling as necessary. What is already possible in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Exact or AFAS comes first. This includes advice on models and working environments: open or closed models, Claude Code, Codex or Copilot, chosen on what fits your organisation, your people and your data.

  5. Design of the workflow

    A control card per workflow with Input, Authority, Approval, Exception and Evidence. Trigger, stop rule, human decision and logging are fixed before a tool is chosen.

  6. Prompt library

    Prompts per task, with source rules, quality criteria, stop rules and a human check. Tested on your own examples, ready to copy.

  7. Ninety-day rollout plan with risk map

    Acceptance criteria, test cases, regression tests, roles, ownership and training per role. The risk map records data, permissions, stop points and recovery.

  8. Go or no-go per process

    The net business case counts capacity and avoided errors, minus review, rework, licences and maintenance. We check whether building the agreed process makes sense. For other processes, the opportunity map gives a go, no-go or process-repair-first recommendation; expansion is agreed separately.

Built, tested and explained to your team

Building the agreed process is included in the €1,500. We test your work and exceptions, compare results with the baseline and explain operation to your team. You receive the documentation and prompts to continue independently.

The opportunity map describes other processes. Connect them in an AI Operating System within 30 days and €1,500 is credited, leaving €3,000 excluding VAT.

What this is not

No legal advice, no compliance certification, no implementation of your whole business (that is the AI Operating System) and no guaranteed saving. The workflow prepares. A named employee checks and decides. How much time your process saves is put in writing by the baseline and the final measurement.

When this fits

  • there is at least one recurring process that arrives digitally;
  • for each process there is someone who knows the work and can explain when the outcome is correct;
  • the team can count or responsibly estimate volume, time or rework;
  • there is a decision-maker who can say yes or no to the rollout plan within a month;
  • you expect preparation from AI, not independent decisions towards customers.

Price, revision and crediting

One process with AI costs €1,500 excluding VAT. You pay half at the start and half at delivery. If it does not work as agreed, I fix it, in principle within five working days, or you get your money back. The choice is yours. If you move on to the €4,500 AI Operating System within 30 days of delivery, the €1,500 is credited in full, leaving €3,000. Above about thirty employees I make a tailored proposal. Separate help and maintenance costs €125 per hour excluding VAT, with a goal and an hours cap agreed up front. See all prices and limits.

What this rests on

I am an AI specialist, trained and shaped at one of the largest banks in the Netherlands. There I work with AI within agreements on compliance, risk, privacy and IT. For your business, I create a work plan with suitable sources, checks and a decision for each process. Read how I work.

Frequently asked questions

Can my team really get started on its own afterwards?

Yes. That is the purpose of the work plan. For each process it states which AI tools you use, how the workflow or agent runs, where the human approval sits and which prompts your team uses. The order is in a plan for the first ninety days. I build the first process for you straight away. If you then want your whole business on AI, that is option 3, the AI Operating System.

What is the difference with the free AI plan?

The free AI plan looks at your whole business and shows where to start, with three examples and a demonstration. One process with AI builds one recurring process for real, tests it on your own work and teaches your team to work with it.

What does it cost and how long does it take?

€1,500 excluding VAT: half at the start and half at delivery. The deliverables follow within ten working days after the kick-off and receipt of the agreed input. If you move on to the €4,500 AI Operating System within 30 days of delivery, the €1,500 is credited in full, leaving €3,000.

Do I have to share customer data?

No. I work with your description of the work, anonymised examples and a synthetic or anonymised case. Real data only comes into view when contractual and security agreements allow it.
