The short answer
Tamboer AI builds AI workflows for small and medium businesses: work that comes back every week is prepared for you, so your company can handle more without hiring more. Training for the team is included in the €4,500 excluding VAT price of the AI Operating System and costs nothing extra. Your team needs no prior AI knowledge. Training runs alongside the build: a kick-off session, practice on their own work while the workflow is built, and a closing session at the final measurement. At handover your team works with it on their own. Article 4 of the AI Act on AI literacy has applied since 2 February 2025. Since 27 July 2026, that article asks organisations that use AI to take measures that support the AI literacy of their staff. Who this is for
For the team that does the work now: administration, office staff, file handling, customer contact. People who have never worked with AI, or who tried a chat window once and put it aside again. For the decision-maker who wants a workflow that keeps running when I am gone, and who wants to bring their people along rather than replace them.
What your team can do after the training
- Operate the workflow. Check, adjust or reject drafts, and know when something needs to go to a colleague.
- Handle exceptions. Recognise what the workflow does not understand and what to do then, without panic and without switching the workflow off.
- Use and adjust prompts. Use the prompt library from the work plan and fine-tune it themselves when the work changes.
- Think AI-first. For every new task, first ask what AI can prepare, and only then who does what by hand. That habit stays, also after the last workflow I build.
- Know the limits. Which data may and may not go in, what AI may never decide on its own and where the approval sits. Human in the loop: there is always a person in the loop.
How the training runs
Starting point
I look at where everyone stands. Whoever has never worked with AI starts from zero. Whoever is already trying something builds on that. Nobody needs to be embarrassed about a question.
Kick-off session
Hands on together, on your own examples. By the end of the session everyone has had a draft prepared, checked it and approved it themselves.
Practising during the build
While I build the workflow, the team already works with it on test cases. What they run into, I take into the build. So the delivery is no surprise.
Embedding at the final measurement
At the final measurement we wrap up: who owns what, how you adjust a prompt, what you do when something breaks. After that your team works with it independently.

Does my team already need to know something about AI?
No. I start from zero. Most people I have trained had never worked with AI or had only tried a chat window. In a very short time they work fully with it, on their own work, with a human in the loop.
