    Per team, you see where AI saves time, which tools fit and what to do first. With an order for the first ninety days, who takes part and which explanation or training each team needs. You also see a rough cost estimate.

    Three tailored examples.

    Three applications on tasks your business really has. For each example you see the input, the output, who checks it and the next step.

    A demonstration on your own work.

    I make one solution work on your example. Where it is small and feasible, I switch it on for real, so your team can start using it straight away. Whether that works depends on your software and data, and you hear that up front.

  4. 04

    A personal video.

    I walk you through the plan and the demonstration. You can share the video with your partner or your team, so you do not have to explain everything again.

  5. 05

    A review call.

    We go through the plan together, I answer your questions and we pick three first actions. What you do next is up to you.

What an example looks like

Example with a made-up company

A painting company receives this email: "We would like the outside window frames of our corner house painted. Roughly what would that cost?"

  • What AI lines up: outside window frames, corner house, a request for a price indication.
  • What is still missing: the number of frames, the state of the wood, the address and the preferred period.
  • What is ready: a reply with those four questions and a request for photos, an outline of the proposal with the items from your own price list, and two follow-up actions: schedule a site visit and follow up after three days.
  • What you do: you check price, planning and tone and send it yourself. Nothing leaves automatically.

What I ask of you

A short call, by phone or video. And one concrete example from your work, such as a request, a customer email or a quote. Remove names and customer details; an anonymised example is enough. I research the rest myself: your website, your services and the software you use.

When you get it

On a date we agree together. I plan each request separately and only name a date I can keep. In a hurry? Tell me, and I will see what is possible.

Who it is not for

  • Consumers. I only work for businesses and organisations.
  • Anyone who wants AI to send, book or decide without a person checking. With me, an employee approves before anything goes out.
  • Anyone without time for a short call and one example. Without an example, the plan stays general. Got a quick question? Send me a message.

What can come next

You can carry out the plan yourself. If you want help, there are two fixed routes.

  • One process with AI, €1,500 excluding VAT. I review one recurring process, build it so it works and test it on your own work, in ten working days. Your team gets an explanation and you get an opportunity map for the rest of your business.
  • AI Operating System, €4,500 excluding VAT. A defined system for your whole business: your business knowledge in one place, the workflows we name in advance and training for your team, in about three weeks. Heavier integrations or AI that carries out steps by itself are budgeted separately.

You pay half at the start and half at delivery. Move on from one process to the AI Operating System within 30 days and I credit the €1,500 in full. If it does not work as agreed, I fix it or you get your money back. The choice is yours. Above about thirty employees I make a tailored proposal. Separate help and maintenance costs €125 per hour excluding VAT, with a goal and an hours cap agreed up front.

Questions about your free AI plan

Is it really free?

Yes. You pay nothing for the plan, the examples, the demonstration, the video and the review call, and there is no obligation. If I switch on a small solution for you, it runs on your own accounts. If a tool costs money, you see that up front and pay the supplier directly.

Why do you do this?

Because you only know what AI does for your business when you see it working on your own work. I would rather show you than tell you. If you want to continue with me afterwards, great. If not, you have a plan you can act on yourself.

What if I do not continue?

Then you keep everything you received from me: the plan, the examples and the video. If a small solution is already switched on for you, it stays yours. You do not get an invoice.

What does software cost?

That depends on what you need. I often start with what you already have, such as your email program, Microsoft 365 or your accounting software. If an extra tool or AI subscription is needed, you see up front roughly what it costs per month. You pay the supplier directly, on your own account.

Does every request become a working solution?

Not always. Every request gets a plan, three examples, a demonstration, a video and a review call. Where it is small and feasible, I switch on a solution your team uses straight away. You hear up front what you will get.

What do you do with my data?

I only use it for your request. Do not send customer details; an anonymised example is enough. How I handle your data is on the privacy page.
