You tell me what is getting in the way
Request your free AI plan through the form or with a WhatsApp message. Tell me what your company does and which work keeps coming back; after that, we talk briefly. You do not need to know anything about AI.
The result: You start with a free AI plan for your whole business: a plan per team, three tailored examples, a demonstration, a video and a review call.

I look at how your work actually happens
I follow a task from the first enquiry to the finished result. I look at your email, documents, software and the steps people repeat. I ask your team where time is lost and check what your current tools can already do.
The result: You see where AI will save work and which task is worth starting with.

I put the proposal in writing
We choose one process or the AI Operating System. I write down what I will build, what information I need, who checks the output and when it is ready. The price and the way we measure success are agreed before work begins.
The result: A clear scope, fixed price and agreed result. You decide whether to go ahead.

I build it in the tools you already use
I connect your company knowledge and software to the right AI. I set up the prompts, integrations and approval steps. You see a working version with your own documents and examples, and we adjust it together.
The result: A working workflow, rather than a report you still have to implement.

We test whether it really saves work
We test normal tasks, missing information and exceptions. We compare time and quality before and after, including the time needed to check the output. Your team approves the result before it is used for real.
The result: You know what works, what needs human review and when the workflow stops.

I teach your team to work independently
We practise with your actual tasks. I explain how to use the system, check the output and make changes. You receive the instructions and keep your accounts and data. Questions afterwards are free; extra building work and maintenance are agreed separately.
The result: Your team can use the solution without depending on me every day.

For both, you pay half at the start and half at delivery. If it does not work as agreed, I fix it or you get your money back. The choice is yours. Above about thirty employees I make a tailored proposal.

Choosing tools, designing, building, testing and training. You work directly with me throughout. I show progress and explain decisions in plain language.

You bring the knowledge of your business

You provide examples, arrange the agreed access and appoint someone who can review the output. Your team tries the solution and tells me what needs to work differently.

After delivery

Your accounts, data, documentation and what I make specifically for you are yours once the assignment is paid. Questions by email or WhatsApp are free. Additional building work and maintenance cost €125 per hour excluding VAT, with the work and maximum hours agreed first. Your trained team can also maintain or pause the workflow.

Advice on models and working environments

Which AI models and working environments suit your organisation is a choice I work out for you in the audit and the build: open or closed models, Claude Code, Codex, Copilot or what is already in your software suite. The criterion is not what is newest, but what fits your people, your work and your data, and what you can get approved.

What happens with errors or a change at the supplier

A workflow can misjudge an exception, and an underlying service can change or discontinue its API. Outages, model updates and API changes after delivery fall outside the implementation scope and belong in a later maintenance proposal. Until that proposal is signed, your trained team maintains the workflow itself or pauses it. Problems that surface during the build fall under the stop point.

Who remains responsible for what

Joost does the diagnosis, the audit, the design, the build and the training. The client appoints a process owner, provides safe test cases and approves outcomes. AI prepares the work and takes no external decision.
