Payment
For every assignment you pay half at the start and half at delivery. Delivery means: the delivery check we agree up front has been met.
- One process with AI: €750 at the start, €750 at delivery.
- AI Operating System: €2,250 at the start, €2,250 at delivery.
- Moving on from one process within 30 days: €3,000 remaining, €1,500 at the start and €1,500 at delivery.
- Stop after week one of the AI Operating System and you pay €1,500. Started directly? Then you get €750 back. Came from one process? Then your first payment was already that €1,500.
All amounts exclude VAT. No subscription.
Included in the build price
- We measure how much time the task takes before starting.
- I design, build and test the agreed workflow, with human approval.
- We test real examples and exceptions; if quality or risk is unacceptable, we stop.
- We measure the result and your review time after delivery.
- Your team learns to use, review and adapt the solution.
- You receive progress updates and written instructions.
- Questions after delivery are free. New building work is agreed separately.
- Up to two integrations per process.
Agreed and priced separately
- One process with AI covers one process. The AI Operating System includes multiple agreed workflows. Additional processes or document types outside that scope require a new proposal.
- Migration, clean-up or repair of existing data
- Changes to your existing systems
- Licence and usage costs of third-party models and services: you pay the supplier directly, on your own account. You see up front what to expect.
- Maintenance, outages and supplier changes after delivery: you get a separate proposal for those
If one of these parts is needed, the price is stated in advance in a separate proposal. There is no extra work afterwards without a new agreement. After delivery: support when you need it
Questions by WhatsApp or email remain free. Want me to expand or maintain the workflow? We agree on the work and maximum hours first, at €125 per hour excluding VAT. Your trained team can also maintain or pause it independently.
What does maintenance cover?
A visible queue for exceptions, automatic retries during supplier outages and an alert when recovery needs attention. We review errors monthly and test changes to sources or software. Handover includes a week of independent use with a log. The maintenance proposal states which checks I carry out and within which hours limit.

Clear agreements before we start
Your proposal states what I build, what it costs and when the result is accepted. These are the key agreements.
- AI Operating System: you can stop after week oneThen you pay €1,500 excluding VAT and the rest lapses. That is in the proposal, not in the small print.
- Guarantee: fix or money backIf it does not work as agreed, I fix it or you get your money back. The choice is yours. What "as agreed" means is set out up front in your proposal: which workflow I build, which examples we test it with and when it is finished. Report within the period from the proposal that it does not work, and you choose.
- Measurement: no implementation without measurementThe proposal describes the process, the scope, the stop point and the success criterion in advance. The baseline and the final measurement put the result in writing, with your own numbers.
Frequently asked questions about the costs
What if I start with €1,500 and want to expand?
Continue to the AI Operating System within 30 days and I credit the full €1,500. That leaves €3,000 excluding VAT to pay.
Does €4,500 apply to every business?
That is the fixed price for owners and teams up to about thirty employees. We agree on the workflows before starting. Above about thirty employees or with heavy integrations, I make a tailored proposal.
How do I pay?
Half at the start and half at delivery, for every assignment. For One process with AI that is twice €750, for the AI Operating System twice €2,250. All amounts exclude VAT.
What costs can come on top?
You pay licences and usage of AI services to the supplier directly, on your own account. You see up front what to expect. Extra building work, maintenance and supplier changes require a separate agreement.
What if it does not work or I want to stop?
If it does not work as agreed, I fix it or you get your money back. The choice is yours. For the AI Operating System you can also stop after week one: you pay €1,500 excluding VAT and the rest lapses.
Who helps if something breaks later?
Your team learns to handle exceptions and pause the workflow. Questions are free. Repair or maintenance after delivery, including changes at an AI supplier, is agreed separately at €125 per hour excluding VAT with a maximum number of hours.
